摘要
根据国内外盾构的设计理论和经验,针对宁波长三角软土地区盾构通用环管片设计进行了详细的探讨和分析。首先研究了管片的分块、封顶块位置、管片内径、厚度、环宽、楔形量、榫槽、连接方式、组装方式、防水等构造设计的原理以及经验;然后又详细的介绍了目前盾构管片的结构内力分析方法,并采用修正惯用法进行宁波盾构管片的内力分析,根据计算分析结果结合国内外管片配筋经验,详细的介绍了宁波盾构管片配筋原则和理念,希望能够为国内外地铁设计同行提供借鉴。
Through research on domestic and foreign shield segments structure design,this paper discusses in detail the structure design of universal segments for shield in soft soil of Ningbo Metro.Firstly,the partition of universal shield segments,the position of key segment,the interior diameter of segment,the thickness of segment,the annular width of segment,the wedge-shaped measure of annular shield segment,the tenon and groove of segments,the methods of segments link,the assembly of segments,and the waterproof structure of segments,etc are studied.Afterward,this paper introduced the method of analysis on internal force of shield segments at length,and calculated the internal force of shield segments in Ningbo Metro with the modified routine method.Based on the results of internal force calculation and the domestic experience of segment reinforcing,the reinforcing idea and the reinforcing principle for shield segments in Ningbo Metro were introduced in detail,which can serve as reference for the readers.
