摘要
通常隧道内部空气相对湿度较高,一旦在施工阶段出现路面及墙面凝结水现象将影响路面铺设等施工环节的实施。目前常用的隧道路面除湿方法有通风法、吸湿法、烘干法等。对通风法建立传质模型,计算比较在不同隧道通风方式下不同影响因素对除湿经济性的影响,计算结果表明,长积水段不利于隧道纵向通风的通风除水,短积水段不利于隧道半横向通风的通风除水,积水段长度对全横向通风路面除湿效果的影响较小。积水面与空气中水蒸汽分压力压差过于接近(<100 Pa)将无法仅靠通风有效消除积水。此外,利用自然通风消除积水所需条件较为苛刻,即使达到也极可能无法在短时间内消除路面积水。
There is often and common water accumulation on pavements or walls in tunnels due to high relative humidity of air.And the link in construction chain such as road surfacing will be affected and delayed under this circumstance.Nowadays the ventilation,absorption or drying method is used to remove water accumulation.In this paper,the mass transfer model of ventilation on wet roads in tunnels is established and the economic analysis is carried out to study the influencing factors for the dehumidification economy under different ventilation types.The results show that long water accumulation zone is unfavorable to longitudinal ventilation,and short zone is not effective for removing water accumulation by semi-transverse ventilation while transverse ventilation is not sensitive to the length.It's impossible to removing water accumulation only by ventilation if the stream pressure difference between the surface of the water accumulation and the air is less than 100 Pa.In addition,it probably needs a lot of time for removing water on roads by natural ventilation.
