摘要 管道行程、崩料和悬料等异常炉况严重影响到高炉的稳定生产。根据高炉冶炼理论和韶钢8号高炉的实际生产情况,全面分析了高炉异常炉况的各种表征参数,并通过统计分析的方法抽取特征值,建立了综合应用模糊推理和产生式规则的异常炉况预报专家系统。 Abnormal conditions such as channeling, slipping, hanging seriously affect the stable production of the blast furnace. Based on blast furnace smelting theory and the practical production situations of No. 8 blast furnace in Shaogang, a variety of representative parameters of blast furnace abnormal conditions were comprehensively analyzed, and characteristic values were extracted by means of statistic analysis technique. The abnormal conditions prediction expert system that applied simultaneously fuzzy inference and productive rules was established .
