摘要
对烧结矿低温还原粉化机理进行了研究,结合安钢烧结现有原料及工艺条件,分析了烧结矿产生低温还原粉化现象的原因,提出了改善烧结矿低温还原粉化指标技术措施,尤其是烧结矿表面喷洒CaC l2溶液后,RD I指标改善显著。
The mechanism of low temperature reduction degradation for sinter was studied. It analyzed the reason about low temperature reduction degradation phenomenon based on the present situations of raw materials and process, put forward the improved measures, especially after spraying CaCl2 solution towards sinter, RDI improved obviously.
