摘要
对安钢永通公司高炉煤气发电机组循环冷却水系统存在新水用量大的问题进行了分析,提出了相应的改进措施,通过改进循环水处理方式、加装旁通过滤器、优化用水等措施,有效减少了新水用量,达到了节约水资源的目的。
It analyzed a great deal of fresh water used in recirculation cooling system for BF gas power generator and put forward the relevant improved measures. The fresh water quantity was decreased effectively and water - saving achieved through improving recycled water treatment method, installing pass - by filter and optimizing water application.
