摘要
异钢种连浇时存在铸坯划拨现象,导致利用ERP采集数据所计算的炼钢物料消耗失真。通过对异钢种连浇时物料消耗计算方法进行优化,解决了物料消耗失真现象,为同行业处理相同问题提供了借鉴经验。
Slab scratch can cause materials consumption distortion , which was calculated by the digits acquired by ERP when continuously casting shaped steel. It resolved the phenomenon of materials consumption distortion and provided referencing experience through optimizing materials consumption calculation method.
