摘要
分析了安钢1780 mm热连轧机组薄规格轧制不稳定的原因,针对机组工艺、设备的实际情况等提出了相应的改进措施。通过工艺改进,轧制薄规格时事故率大大减少,轧成率达98.06%。
The paper analyzed the reason of instability when rolling thin product in 1780 mm hot continuous rolling mill and provided the countermeasures aimed at the practical situation of process and equipment. The fault ratio decreased greatly and successful ratio reached 98.06% after improvement.
