摘要
介绍了安阳钢铁股份有限公司利用正火工艺开发生产的70 mm厚规格Q460C高强度钢板。通过Nb、V微合金化、高温大压下轧制工艺以及900℃的正火热处理,安钢成功生产了具有高强度、高韧性等综合力学性能优良的70 mm厚规格Q460C正火态高强度钢板。
The research and development of 70 mm heavy normalized high strength plate of Q460C in Angang was introduced. By Nb, V microalloying, high temperature heavy deformation rolling process, and heat treatment at 900 ℃, the 70 mm heavy normalized high strength plate of Q460C has been successfully developed, which has excellent integrated performance with high strength and high toughness.
