摘要
肿瘤热疗(Hyperthermia)是治疗肿瘤的主要方法之一。研究肿瘤热疗需要相应的动物模型。这种模型的基本要求是:实验肿瘤及其宿主的生物学特性相对稳定,对热敏感,并有较高的肿瘤移植成活率。我们以肿瘤平均直径为观察指标,以肿瘤直径倍增时间为实验终点,用三种实验肿瘤、四种实验动物(小鼠)进行探索性研究,证实荷 Lewis 肺癌的 NIH 小鼠具有上述特征,作为肿瘤热疗的模型是可行的。
Hyperthermia is one of major methods for tumor therapy.Research on tumor hyperthermia requires relevant animal model.The main clain of the model are:the biological characteristics of experimental tumor and its host are relatively stable, sensitive to heat and have a higher survival ratio of tumor transplant. The tumor mean diameter was the observation index,and the mean diameter doubling time(MDDT)of tumor was the end point.Exploring rescarch was making by three experimental tumors and four mice,verified that NIH mice bearing lewis lung carcinoma have above-mentioned feature and that it is feasible for making the model of hyperthermia to tumor.
