摘要
教师专业化既是社会的要求,更是教师自身自主的追求,是教师内在的奋斗过程。在幼儿教师实际教育教学中依托一定的载体来实现其隐性知识的显性化,能有效促进幼儿教师专业化发展。
Teachers' specialization is not only the requirement of social, but also teachers' independent pursuit, and a teacher inner struggle process as well. The professional development of kindergarten teachers can be effectively promoted when the tacit knowledge is made explicit by relying on some carrier in their teaching.
