摘要
普惠性幼儿园具有公益性、公平性和优惠性等特点。政府可从落实自身职责、加大财政投入、加强幼师队伍建设、发展公办园、扶持民办园、采取多元办园机制等六个方面，加快普惠性幼儿园的建设，以利于解决社会普遍关注的“入园难、入园贵”问题。
Popularizing-benefit kindergartens are characterized by public welfare, equity, preference and so on. Government may implement its responsibilities, increase financial input, improve teachers＇ qualifications in kindergartens, develop public kindergartens, support private kindergartens, take multiple mechanisms in running kindergartens, etc. Accelerating the construction of popularizing-benefit kindergartens is advantageous to solve the problems of ＂difficult admission＂ and＂expensive admission＂.
