摘要
采用考试焦虑测验TAI量表对20名初中生进行测试,研究音乐类型和音乐基础对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑作用的影响。结果表明,音乐类型对音乐疗法缓解考试焦虑没有显著影响,而音乐基础则明显影响其效果,音乐疗法对于缓解具有音乐基础被试的考试焦虑更有效。
20 junior high school students were chosen to be tested through the use of Test Anxiety Inventory TAI, and the influence of music type and music basis on the receptive music alleviating test anxiety is studied. The resuhs show that the genre of music therapy does not significantly alleviate the impact of test anxiety, while the music basis does. Music-based therapies were more effective for alleviating test anxiety subjects.
