摘要
加氢催化剂的硫化预处理过程是决定催化剂活性和选择性的重要环节。在耐硫变换催化剂上负载固体硫化物,采用气相自硫化技术对耐硫变换催化剂进行预硫化。通过高压微反实验装置评价表明,其活性明显高于CS2硫化的催化剂。采用BET、SEM和XRD等方法对硫化后催化剂的微观结构进行表征的结果表明,新型自硫化工艺形成的催化剂粒子分布比CS2硫化法形成的催化剂均匀,在表面上没有积碳形成。硫化前后比表面积、孔容、平均孔径和孔分布基本保持不变。该技术与传统器内预硫化工艺相比预硫化时间短,易于控制。
The pretreatment process of hydrogenation catalyst is important for catalyst activity and selectivity.Solid sulfide was loaded on sulfur-tolerant conversion catalyst and the sulfur-tolerant conversion catalyst was presulfidized by gas-phase self-sulfurization method.The activity evaluation results showed that the activity of the catalyst is significantly higher than that by CS2 presulfurization.The structure of the presulfidized catalyst was characterized by N2 adsorption,SEM and XRD.The results showed that the particle distribution of self-sulfidized catalyst was more even than CS2 presulfidized catalyst,and there was no coking phenomenon on the surface.The specific surface area,pore volume,pore size and pore size distribution of the catalyst remain unchanged after pretreatment.Compared with the traditional in-situ presulfurization,self-sulfurization method has a shorter pretreatment time and can be controlled more easily.
