半胱氨酸表面修饰的层状双金属氢氧化物薄膜对铜的缓蚀性能 被引量:2

Investigations on the Inhibition Property of Cysteine Surface Modified by Layered Double Hydroxides Films on Copper Surfaces

摘要 以层状双金属氢氧化物(LDHs)为主体,半胱氨酸(Cys)为修饰剂,制备Cys表面修饰LDHs(Cys-LDHs),之后利用胶体沉积技术在铜表面制备Cys-LDHs薄膜。采用电化学阻抗谱(EIS)、极化曲线的方法研究修饰前后LDHs薄膜在质量分数3.5%NaCl溶液中对铜的缓蚀性能。结果表明,2种LDHs薄膜对铜均具有良好的缓蚀效果,且Cys-LDHs薄膜的缓蚀效果更佳,缓蚀效率可达91.4%。 In this paper,LDHs were modified with cysteine(Cys) to prepare Cys-LDHs.The Cys-LDHs film was prepared on copper surfaces by a colloid deposition technique.The corrosion inhibition of the formed film was studied by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS) and polarization curves.All results demonstrate that both LDHs and Cys-LDHs films could inhibit the corrosion of copper,and the Cys-LDHs films showed significantly higher inhibition efficiency,reaching 91.4%.
