奥氏体不锈钢低温离子硬化处理脉冲电源的研制

摘要 研制开发了奥氏体不锈钢低温离子硬化处理专用脉冲电源,三相全控桥式整流器采用先进的TC787触发模块,使得触发电路简单可靠、调试方便。IGBT桥式逆变采用了软开关技术,降低了开关损耗。电源的过压、过流保护电路和弧光放电检测电路可有效地避免因过流而损坏脉冲电源,提高电源的稳定性。 A new pulse power used for the low temperature plasma surface hardening of austenitic stainless steel was developed.The advanced TC787 trigger module was used to control the three-phase full-controlled bridge rectifier.So the trigger circuit is simple,reliable and easy to debug.The IGBT bridge inverter with the soft switching technology reduced the switching losses.The arc discharge detection circuit and the over-current protection circuit can avoid the power damage caused by the over-current,and increase the power stability.
