响应面法分析工艺参数对生物可降解材料拉伸性能的影响

Influence of Extruding Parameters on the Tensile Property of Biodegradable Material Analyzed by Response Surface Methodology

摘要 以淀粉、植物纤维、聚乙烯为主要原料,使用双螺杆挤出机在不同的工艺条件下加工生物降解材料,用响应面法研究影响材料拉伸性能的主要因素,包括螺杆转速、挤出温度、增塑剂用量、填料用量。在淀粉、植物纤维、聚乙烯的质量份数分别为70份、10份、30份的条件下,实验得出:挤出温度和螺杆转速是影响拉伸强度的主要因素;最佳工艺参数为螺杆转速100.73r.min-1,挤出温度118.14℃,增塑剂用量2.75份,填料用量5.62份。 The mixtures blended with starch,PE and cellulose in different proportions,were extruding processed by a twin-screw extruder.The effects of screw speed,barrel temperature,the content of plasticizer and the content of filler on tensile property of the products was investigated by response surface methodology,and a regression equation was built up.The results showed that tensile property was influenced significantly by screw speed and barrel temperature.When the screw speed parameters is 100.73 r·min-1,the extrusion temperature is 118.14 ℃,the foaming agent content is 2.75,the filler content is 5.62,the biggest tensile property is obtained.
