间歇式膨胀加强带与后浇带在某超长混凝土结构中的联合应用 被引量:4

摘要 现代建(构)筑物越来越多的采用超长混凝土结构形式.膨胀带和后浇带作为实现超长混凝土结构无缝施工和控制裂缝的主要手段得到了广泛的应用.因膨胀带较后浇带施工明显的优势是可以提前封闭,因此笔者从理论分析和工程应用两方面入手,为满足工期要求,将某工程原设计方案中的后浇带替换为间歇式膨胀加强带,自施工完毕至今结构没有出现有害裂缝,效果良好.笔者还阐述了工程质量的控制措施及技术经济分析,以供类似工程的设计和施工借鉴. Long concrete structures are increasingly used in modern buildings or structures.As the main measures to achieve the seamless construction and crack control of long concrete structures,the strengthening strip and after-irrigation-strip have been widely applied.However,compared with the after-irrigation-strip,the obvious advantage of strengthening strip is closure ahead.Therefore,this paper replaces the after-irrigation-strip with the intermittent strengthening strip from aspects of theoretical analysis and engineering application in the original design of a project to meet the demand of work period.Since the completion of the construction,there have been no harmful cracks in the structures.This article also expounds the project quality control measures and technical and economic analysis so as to provide reference for the design and construction of similar projects.
