摘要
从环境影响评价(EIA)的角度,对板式楼和塔式楼中餐饮油烟烟道的设置进行分析,提出在实际工程中应优先考虑将油烟排放口设置在裙房顶部,若不能满足排放要求,考虑将其设置在楼顶部.同时结合《高层民用建筑设计防火规范》的相关规定,从消防风机风量和管道面积等方面论证了塔式楼利用消防排烟风道进行餐饮油烟排放的经济技术可行性.
This article analysizes the settings of catering lampblack flue of board buildings and tower buildings from the perspective of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA),and points out that the lampblack vent setting on the annex roof should be prioritized in the practical engineering.If it cannot satisfy the emission requirements,the building roof can be considered.Meanwhile,combining with the Code for Fire Protection Design of Tall Civil Buildings,the fire flue used in tower buildings to discharge lampblack was proved in terms of air flow of fire fan and pipeline area.
