摘要
结合凯悦国际大厦超高层建筑基础底板的施工,阐述了超长、超厚底板的施工技术,及底板大体积混凝土配合比的优化设计,并对超厚大体积混凝土的水化热进行了分析计算.合理组织混凝土浇筑、养护和测温监控,同时从钢筋绑扎、模板支设工艺方面,解决了超长、超厚基础底板施工的技术难点,有效地防止大体积混凝土出现有害裂缝.
Combined with the construction practice of the super high-rise foundation slabs in Campland International Masion,the construction technology of super-long and super-thick foundation slabs is described in detail in this paper.It also analyses the optimized design in the mixed ratio of the slab mass concrete and calculates the cement hydration heat of super-thick mass concrete.Finally,it rationally organizes the concrete pouring,curing and temperature measurement monitoring.At the same time,reinforcement assembling and template installation solve the construction difficulties of super-long and super-thick foundation slabs as to effectively prevent the harmful cracks in mass concrete.
