摘要
根据煤的基本性质,分析研究了当前我国发展煤炭加工利用产业的基本原则。为了加快我国煤炭工业发展方式的转变,应以煤矿、燃煤电厂和煤化工厂为中心发展煤炭加工利用产业。发展煤炭加工利用产业应遵循3个基本原则,即:煤质原则、能源效率原则和清洁原则,确保煤炭加工利用产业健康发展。
based on properties of coal,development of coal processing and comprehensive utilization in china is studied.In order to change development model of chinese coal industry,the principle of development of coal processing and comprehensive utilization are coal properties,energy efficiency and cleaning production.
