摘要
本文对56例结核性脑膜炎患者,用漂浮浓集、离心浓集和直接涂片三种方法检查同一脑脊液标本中的结核菌,其检出率分别为92.9%、62.5%、3.5%。显示漂浮浓集法较其他两法为好,值得临床推广应用。
Three methods including flotation sedimentation and direct smear were used to find tuberculomyces in the same cerebrospinal fluid specimen.56 patients with tu- bercular meningitis were examined with the above methods.The detective rate of three methods is respectively 92.9%,62.5% and 3.5%.It shows that the method of flotation is better than sedimentation and direct smear,and it is worthy to popu- larize in clinic examination.
