基于知识价值链的高校知识管理研究

Knowledge Management in Colleges and Universities Based on Knowledge Value Chain

高校知识管理一方面表现为知识的密集和高校内部的传播,另一方面表现为知识溢出以及对其他组织创新行为的影响。从知识价值链角度研究高校知识管理,在于揭示其本质和管理机制,为高校的知识创新提供理论指导。界定了高校知识管理的定义,剖析高校知识管理的本质过程,构建基于知识价值链的知识管理模型,在此基础上提出促进高校知识创新发展的五类知识管理机制。

On the one hand,the performance of knowledge management in colleges and universities has features as knowledge-intensive and internal dissemination.On the other hand,it also has the feature of knowledge spillover an influence on,and has an influence on the innovative behavior of other organizations.To study the knowledge management in colleges and universities from knowledge value chain is to reveal the nature and management mechanisms,and to provide theoretical instruction for knowledge innovation.The paper defines knowledge management in colleges and universities,analyzes the nature of knowledge management process,and builds a knowledge management model of knowledge-based value chain.On this basis,the paper proposes five kinds of knowledge management mechanism which can promote the development of knowledge innovation in colleges and universities.
