摘要
针对炼化企业部分海外员工缺乏安全归属感易导致安全隐患的问题,以中石油L公司为例,在分析海外员工心理现状的基础上,从员工的心理培训、激励机制、回国安置及专业化管理等方面,提出了构建海外员工安全归属感体系及其保障机制。
In view of the problem that some overseas staff in large petrochemical enterprises lack safety Belongingness,which might cause safety problems.From the aspects of psychology training,stimulating system,and settings special management in details,the authors hold that safety belongingness system should be established and applied in large petrochemical enterprises.
