从《黄帝内经》看营卫的循行途径

Discussion on the Circulation Route of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi in Huangdi Neijing

目的:探讨《黄帝内经》营卫的运行。方法:解读内经中营卫循行途径原文。结果:营卫周流一身上下,循行于五脏六腑;营卫随天地运转、阴阳盛衰而昼夜循行;营卫随经络,内外上下相贯循行。结论:营卫二气运行于人体经络、脏腑,循环往复,绵绵不绝,取长补短,形成一个大环,共同调节着人体的各种生理功能。

Objective：To explore the circulation route of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi in Huangdi Neijing.Methods：we tried to find out the circulation route of Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi in Huangdi Neijing.Results：Ying-qi and Wei-Qi circulated from the head to feet and to five Zang-organs and six Fu-organs around the whole body;Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi waxed and waned with the heaven and earth,without ceasing throughout the day and night;Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi circulated consistently in meridians from interior to exterior,and from top to bottom.Conclusion：Ying-Qi and Wei-Qi unceasingly circulate in channels,Zang-Fu organs back and forth in a large circle to regulate all physiological functions of human body
