重建钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Reconstruction Plate Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Supracondylar Fractures of the Humerus in Adult

目的:探讨重建钢板内固定治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折的临床疗效。方法:对20例成人肱骨髁上骨折患者均采用切开复位重建钢板内固定手术治疗。采用改良肘关节HSS评分系统进行术后功能评价。结果:其中优9例,良8例,一般3例。优良率达85.0%。结论:成人肱骨髁上骨折采用切开复位重建钢板内固定手术治疗,并在术后给予功能锻炼,疗效肯定,是治疗成人肱骨髁上骨折的良好方法。

Objective：To explore the effect of operation methods to adult patients with supracondylar fracture of the humerus.Methods：20 cases of adult humeral supracondylar fracture patients were treated with open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate in operation treatment.Using a modified HSS elbow scoring system for evaluation of postoperative function.Results：Excellent in 9 cases,good in 8 cases,general in 3 cases.The excellent and good rate was 80.5%.Conclusion：Adult humeral supracondylar fracture by open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate in treatment of operation,and postoperative functional exercises in giving have definite curative effect.It is a good method to treatment of supracondylar fractures of the humerus in adult
