减张切口和硝矾洗剂坐浴防治混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床研究

Clinical Observation of Reducing Tension of Incision and AlumLotion Hip Bath Treatment of Mixed Hemorrhoids Anal Edema

目的:观察术中减张切口、术后硝矾洗剂坐浴,防治混合痔外剥内扎术后肛门水肿的临床疗效。方法:对200例实施混合痔外剥内扎术病例按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组103例,采用术中减张切口、术后硝矾洗剂坐浴;对照组97例,采用术后1:5 000高锰酸钾坐浴。观察两组术后肛门水肿、水肿机化等情况。结果:治疗组术后水肿及水肿机化发生率低于对照组,差异有显著性。结论:术中减张切口、术后硝矾洗剂坐浴能有效防治混合痔术后肛门水肿。

Objective：To observe the operation of reducing tension of incision and the glass alum lotion Hip Bath,for mixed hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan postoperative edema.Methods：200 cases of the implementation of hemorrhoids Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy cases were randomly divided into two groups,103 cases in the treatment group,using intraoperative tension incision,postoperative glass alum lotion Hip Bath,a control group of 97 patients,with postoperative 15000 potassium permanganate sitz bath.Observe the two groups of postoperative anal edema,edema machine etc..Results：Postoperative edema and swelling machine to change rate and the control group had significant difference.Conclusion：Intraoperative tension incision,postoperative glass alum lotion hip bath can effectively prevent postoperative mixed hemorrhoids anal edema
