双金连合剂抗肺部感染流感病毒作用的实验研究

Experiencal Study of Shuangjinlian Heji Antiviral of Lung Infection

目的:探讨双金连合剂对FM1病毒抑制实验的抗病毒作用。方法:通过小鼠肺指数及肺指数抑制率测定实验病毒感染小鼠死亡保护实验,观察该药在不同剂量下对感染FM1病毒小鼠的保护作用。结果:该药各剂量组肺指数比病毒对照组显著降低(P<0.01),肺内病毒活性滴度比病毒对照组降低了490-1 000倍。大、中剂量组平均生存时间与病毒对照组比较显著的延长(P<0.05)。结论:双金连合剂能减轻由病毒感染小鼠的肺部病变,可应用于肺部感染病毒引起的病毒性感冒。

Objective：respectively,through Shuangjinlian Heji on FM1 virus,,inhibition test to investigate the antiviral activity of Shuangjinlian Heji.Methods：Mice gavage,lung index and lung index in mice inhibition test for determination of death in mice infected with the virus protection test the drug were observed at different doses in mice infected with FM1 virus protection.Results：The index of the drug than the dose in lung virus control group was significantly lower（P〈0.01）,lung virus titers than the virus activity were decreased from 1000 to 490 times.Large,medium-dose group,the average survival time with the virus control group was significantly extended（P〈0.05）.CoxB3 have a direct killing effect,but can not inhibit CoxB3 in the cell reproduction.Conclusion：The drug can reduce the lung lesions in mice infected with the virus,Can be applied to influenza virus,lung infection caused by viral colds
