中西医结合治疗室性期前收缩临床研究

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment of Ventricular Extrasystole

目的:探讨中西医结合疗法在室性期前收缩的疗效。方法:将136例患者随机分为两组,对照组68例,采用西医常规治疗方法,治疗组在此基础上配合口服参松养心胶囊,15 d为1疗程,两组均治疗2疗程。结果:治疗组和对照组临床症状有效率、早搏有效率、心肌缺血有效率分别为97.06%、94.12%、94.12%和70.59%、82.35%、52.94%,两组比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗室性期前收缩有较好的疗效。

Objective：To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on premature ventricular contraction.Methods：136 patients were randomly divided into two groups,68 cases in the control group,the routine treatment of Western medicine treatment group on the basis of this method,combined with oral Shensongyangxin capsule,15 days for a course,observe 2 courses of treatment.Results：The treatment group and the control group in clinical symptoms total efficiency,beat efficiency of myocardial ischemia,the total effective rate were 97.06%,94.12%,94.12% and 70.59%,82.35%,52.94%,two groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of premature ventricular contraction has better curative effect.
