消痛贴联合青鹏膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Qing-peng Ointment Combined with Xiao-tong Paste on the Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:观察消痛贴联合青鹏膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例膝关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为3组:对照Ⅰ组(消痛贴组)、对照Ⅱ组(青鹏膏组)和治疗组(消痛贴联合青鹏膏组),每组30例。评价第1周、第2周、第3周和第7周各组临床主要症状(疼痛和压痛)积分及膝骨关节炎Lequesne index),对比治疗后第7周各组临床疗效。结果:7周后,治疗组痊愈3例,显效13例,有效13例,无效1例,有效率为96.7%,高于对照Ⅰ、Ⅱ组,但三组相比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);在治疗后第2、3、7周,治疗组临床主要症状积分和MG指数均显著低于对照Ⅰ组和对照Ⅱ组(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论:消痛贴联合青鹏膏治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床疗效显著,不良反应小。

Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Qing-peng Ointment combined with Xiao-tong Paste on the knee osteoarthritis.Methods：90 patients suffered from knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into three groups：control group Ⅰ（Qing-peng Ointment）,control group Ⅱ（Xiao-tong Paste） and treatment group（Qing-peng Ointment and Xiao-tong Paste）,30 patients in each group.The Lequesne index and the score of the main clinical symptoms（include pain and tenderness） were evaluated on the 1st week,2nd week,3rd week and 7th week.The clinical efficacy was assessed at 7 weeks after treatment.Results：The Lequesne index and the score of symptoms and signs were obviously reduced and the the clinical efficacy was significantly improved in treatment group than that in control group during 7 weeks of treatment（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Qing-peng Ointment combined with Xiao-tong Paste can significantly relieve the pain and tenderness of knees and promote the clinical efficacy in patients of the osteoarthritis
