通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床研究

Clinical Research of Tongmai Soup to Treatment of Thrombosis Obliterans

目的:观察自拟通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效。方法:将血栓闭塞性脉管炎患者180例,随机分为治疗组与对照组,观察自拟通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效。结果:治疗组有效率为82.6%,对照组有效率为70.4%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:自拟通脉汤治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎临床疗效确切。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of unclogged arteries soup to treatment of thrombosis obliterans.Methods：The patients with thromboangiitis obliterans 180 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,and to study the unclogged arteries soup treatment of thrombosis obliterans clinical curative effect.Results：The total effective rate was 82.6% in treatment group and control group in the total effective rate was 70.4%,the treatment group than in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusions：From the soup to pulse treatment of thrombosis obliterans clinical symptoms
