Massage and Acupuncture in Treatment of 72 Cases of Patients with Lumbar Disc Herniation Curative Effect Observation

目的:探讨针灸配合推拿治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法:将142例患者随机分对照组70例,治疗组72例。对照组采取常规推拿手法,治疗组在对照组的基础上配合针灸治疗。结果:经统计学处理,治疗组有效率97.2%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:推拿配合针灸协同治疗腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能够明显缩短治疗疗程,达到临床治疗的目的。

Objective：To explore the acupuncture and moxibustion combined with massage for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation.Methods：142 patients were randomly divided into the control group 70 cases,the treatment group of 72 cases.The control group adopted conventional massage,treatment group in the control group on the basis of acupuncture treatment.Results：After statistics processing,the treatment group total effective rate was 97.2%,significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Acupuncture and massage treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with synergistic effect,can significantly shorten the course of treatment,to achieve clinical therapeutic purposes
