《保险集团公司管理办法(试行)》政策解读

The Policy Interpretation on Trial Administrative Regulations on Insurance Group Companies

中国保险监督管理委员会颁布了《保险集团公司管理办法(试行)》后,各保险集团积极解读政策,加强集团化管控力度,防范保险集团经营风险,促进保险主业发展。本文根据我国A人寿集团保险公司的发展现状,结合新政策要求,分析了主要政策内容和影响,并对其集团化发展提出了建设性意见。

Since the enactment of the Administration of Insurance Group Company promulgated by China Insurance Regulatory Commission, all the insurance group companies tried to explain the policies in an active way, to enhance the management and control of mega corporation, to prevent the risk of operation and to promote the development of its major business. Based on the current situation of life insurance group companies in China, in the light of the demands of new policies, this paper analyzes the contents and influences of the main policies and puts forward some constructive suggestions on its mega corporation development.
