摘要
通过对涂膜降解的原理分析,从树脂耐黄变性、耐黄变助剂的耐黄变性、固化剂的耐黄变性进行试验、分析、选择。最终确定了以椰子油改性醇酸树脂为基础,耐黄变助剂选用紫外线吸收剂与受阻胺自由基捕捉剂搭配使用,固化剂选用TDI三聚体搭配HDI三聚体进行制作。同时探讨了制作能够满足国标对耐黄变性要求的产品的制作方法。
This paper analyzes the principle of coatings film degradation and tests the yellowing resistance of resin, anti-yellowing agent and curing agent. Finally it is determined to select coconut oil modified alkyd resin as binder, UV-absorbing agent and hindered amine free radical collecting agent as combined anti-yellowing agent and TDI tripolymer and HDI tripolymer as combined curing agent to prepare the coatings. And the coatings can meet the requirement of National Standard for anti-yellowing property.
