医学图像存档与传输系统（PACS）是存储和传输医学图像的设备，它实现了医学影像的无胶片存储、传输和查询。临床专业实习生的实习任务偏重于临床，长期以来国内许多放射科并没有有效的实习管理办法。利用PACS并结合影像科放射教研组实习安排计划，能有效的提高临床专业实习生在放射科的实习效果。

The PACS is picture archiving and communication systems, it realizes the medicine image non-film to save, the transmission and the inquiry. The anxieties of medical students are incline to clinical, lost of internal department of radiology have little effective measures to them. Utilizing PACS and combining the practical plan, can improve the practical result of medical students in the department of radiology.
