摘要
医院图书馆是医院知识管理的重要核心,肩负着知识的创新、传播、应用的历史使命。因此医院图书馆必须以“知识”为主流.以“人”为核心以“优质服务”为目的,使知识服务作为图书馆的一种资源,一种品牌,成为读者需求的导航员、知识库,这才是目前图书馆知识服务的发展方向。
Hospital of hospital knowledge management of library is an important core and shoulder knowledge creation and dissemination, the application of the historic mission. Therefore the hospital library must take for the mainstream, "knowledge" in "people" as the core "high-quality service" as the objective, causes the knowledge serviec as a library a resource and a brand, become the demand of the readers of the navigator, knowledge base, it is at present the development direction of library knowledge service.
