29所医院医务人员锐器伤情况分析

Analysis of Sharp Injuries Among Medical Staffs in 29 Hospitals

目的了解南宁市医院医务人员锐器伤害的分布特点和危险因素。方法发生锐器伤的医务人员在24h内填写报表，并录入医院感染管理系统。结果2009年1月-2010年12月共有231人次报告锐器伤，人群分布以护士为主，占总数的47．19％；发生的部门以外科（49．78嘲为主；输液器针头是引起锐器伤的最常见器具；48．48％的锐器伤人员操作时未戴手套。结论医院医务人员对锐器伤的重视程度不足，需加强宣传提高医务人员对锐器伤的正确认识，并通过制定相关措施降低锐器伤的发生率。

Objective To understand the distribution and risk factors of sharp injuries among medical staffs. Methods The sharp injury should be complete report and entered to the infection control information system within 24 hours . Results From January 2009 to December 2010,231 cases of sharp injuries have been collected. Most of the sharp injuries populations were nurses （47.19%） , and surgical department were general wards （49.78%） ; Infusion needles are the most common injuries caused by sharp instruments ;48.48% of the medical staffs chanced the sharp injuries without gloves.Conclusion Hospital medical staff＇s Insufficient attention on the sharp injuries. Need to step up publicity to improve medical staffs correct understanding of sharp injuries, the measures should be conducted to decline the sharp injuries.
