冠状动脉介入造影剂对肾功能的影响148例临床观察

目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术造影剂相关性肾损（contrast media induced nephropathy，CIN）。方法回顾性分析2010年4月．2011年3月接受冠状动脉造影术（CAG）和冠状动脉支架植入术（PCI）的148例患者临床资料，分别监测造影前3d内和造影后第3天的血清肌酐（Scr、尿素氮（BUN），分析冠状动脉诊疗术患者肾功能的影响。结果148例患者中，有11例（7．496）发生CIN。结论造影荆导致肾病。

Objectlve To study contrast induced nephropathy（CIN） in patients undergoing coronary artery angiography （CAG）or percutaneous coronary intervention （PCI） . Methods A retrospective study was performed with148 patients undergoing PCI or CAG who had angiography from April 2010 to March 2011 in our hospital. Levels of serum creatinine , blood urine nitrogen were checked three days before and after coronary artery intervention. Result Among the 148 patients , 1 lpatients（7.4 %） developed CIN.Conclusions Contrast can induced nephropathy.
