心脏性猝死的ECG预警指标 被引量:2

摘要 心脏性猝死是危害人类的最大的死亡原因,而室性心律失常是发生心脏性猝死的主要原因。因此,心脏性猝死的预测也就成为心律失常学研究的一个重要课题.但目前许多预测方法因其有创性而不被人们所接受。近年来由于对跨室壁复极离散的深入研究,使得在无创检查——心电图领域发展了一些新的预测方法和指标。这些指标对预测恶性室性心律失常有特殊意义。这些预测指标有:①Tp—Te值;②T波电交替;③异常J波等。
