摘要
聚丙烯专用料EP7226同时具备较高的冲击强度和熔体流动速率,使其在注塑产品领域应用广泛。研究了装置生产中关键工艺参数对产品性能、结构的影响,通过调整工艺参数,成功开发出了高熔体流动速率的抗冲聚丙烯新产品EP7226,并将其与国内的同类产品在结构和性能方面进行了分析对比。
PP speciality resin EP7226 has high flowability and impact resistance,it has widely been used in injection molding.The effect of main controlling factors in the production on structure and properties of the copolymer was investigated.Through adjusting the controlling factors,the new PP speciality resin EP7226 was gained,and it was compared with domestic like products.
