Regeneration of Ion-Exchanging Resin

离子交换法除盐在锅炉给水除盐工艺中有广泛地应用,离子交换树脂的再生是一个复杂的过程,再生浓度、流速和时间等都会影响再生的效果。在总结广西河池化工股份有限公司除盐水系统再生经验的基础上,对再生工艺进行了研究,为采用离子交换法除盐的企业提供借鉴。

Desalination by ion exchange is widely used in purifying water for boiler.Regeneration of ion-exchanging resin is a complication process,and regeneration results are affected by regeneration concentration,velocity and time.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing regeneration experiences of the desalination system in Guangxi Hechi chemical company,regeneration process was studied,which can provide some references for other enterprises which adopt ion-exchanging process.
