纳滤技术在油田调驱配聚中的应用进展

摘要 纳滤(Nanofilitration,NF)是一种新型分离技术,对二价离子具有高截留的特性,可分离大部分油田水中的二价离子,如Ca2+、Mg2+、Ba2+、CO32-、SO42-等成垢离子。用纳滤技术处理后的注入水配聚,可减少高价离子对聚合物凝胶的影响。介绍了纳滤处理油田采出水的原理,油田采出水特性,以及纳滤软化注入水配制聚合物的的可行性及研究现状。 Nanofilitration as a new separation technique possess has high retention for divalent ions,which can separate most divalent ions such as Ca2+,Mg2+,Ba2+、CO32-,SO42-and so on,the oil field water treated by nanofiltration membrance technique for preparing polymer can reduce the impact of high valence ions on the polymer gel.In this paper,the separation principle of the nanofiltration membrance technique and properties of oil field produced water were introduced,and the feasibility and research status of the nanofiltration membrance technique to treat oil water for preparing polymers were discussed.
