Oxidative desulfurization of benzothiphene in model gasoline by heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salt

摘要 目的合成新型杂多酸季铵盐催化剂用于脱除模拟汽油中的苯并噻吩。方法合成杂多酸季铵盐催化剂,设计单因素实验考察对其模拟汽油中苯并噻吩的氧化萃取,并进行真实汽油的脱硫实验。结果制备了催化剂(BMIM)2(CTMA)PMo12O40[二-(1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑)-十六烷基三甲基磷钼酸铵盐]。单因素实验得出:n(C)/n(S)=0.06,n(H2O2)/n(S)=6,V(乙腈)=5mL,T(反应温度)=60℃,t(反应时间)=60 min时,脱硫率达到69.4%。动力学实验表明:苯并噻吩的催化氧化反应符合表观一级动力学模型。此条件用于真实汽油脱硫的脱硫率68.8%。结论催化剂(BMIM)2(CTMA)PMo12O40能在温和的条件下达到较高的脱硫率,并能进行简单回收再利用。 Aim To synthesize a new heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salt as a catalyst for removing benzothiphene benzothi-phene in model gasoline. Methods First, the new heteropoly acid quaternary ammonium salt as synthesized, then a single factor experiment was designed to evaluate the oxidative desulfurization of benzothiphene in simulation gasoline and real gasoline. Results The results of experiments showed that the catalyt- ic activity of quaternary ammonium phosphomolybdate was higher than the catalytic activity of quaternary ammonium phosphatotungstate, the catalyst in the catalytic reaction system includes catalyst, hydogen peroxide and extraetant, the experiments showed that the catalyst [ ( BMIM ) 2 (CTMA) PMo12 O40] was high selectivity and high activity. In this condition: n (Catalyst) / ( Sulfur )=0. 06, n ( Hydrogen peroxide )/n (Sulfur) = 6, T( Reaction temperature) = 60℃, V(Acetonitrile) =6 mL, t( Reaction time) =60rain, the desulfurization rate was up to 69. 4%. From the kinetics study, it was shown that the reaction was first order reaction. And the desulfurization rate was up to 68. 8% for gasoline under the same condition. Conclusion This catalyst (BMIM)2 (CTMA) PMo12O40 can react under mild conditions and get a desired results of desuffurization, it also can he recycled after simple treatment.
