生态城市评价指标体系及应用研究

The Eco-city indicator system and its application

目的为了科学利用生态城市评价指标体系对生态城市建设进行指导和监督,使生态城市建设做到可持续发展。方法运用文献资料和实证分析以及大量的数据统计,分析生态城市评价指标体系。结果对西安生态城市的发展现状进行调查研究,发现生态城市建设仅侧重于规划和施工等初级阶段,并且对于生态城市评价指标体系的运用非常欠缺。结论运用指标无量化、分指数计算等方法综合评价和引导生态城市的建设和发展是正确的选择。

Aim In order to make scientific use of ecological city evaluation index system into the ecological city construction, make the guidance and supervision of ecological city construction to realize sustainable development. Methods The literature review, empirical analysis, and a large number of data analysis of ecological city are used to sum up the evaluation index system. Results logical city construction focuses only on planning The current situation of Xi＇an is studied ,and it shows that the eco- and the construction in the primary stage, and the evaluation in- dex system of ecological city is used very rearely. Conclusion It is put forward that the index without quantification and sub-index calculation method should be applied in the evaluation of ecological city and its construction and development ofeco-city is the rightchoice.
