摘要
鉴于双头电火花加工机床部件结构复杂,很难建立力学模型来分析,随着计算机技术的不断发展,有限元方法已经广泛应用于工程计算,而Y轴横梁是三轴双头电火花加工机床的关键部件,因此应用有限元方法对其进行静力学分析,得到Y轴横梁在不同位置时导轨滑块处所受的载重以及主轴头端面的变形量,为直线导轨的选择和安装提供了理论依据.
Component structures are too complex to build mechanical model in the two--head electrical discharged machine. But with the development of computer technology, finite element method has been widely used in engineering calculations. Y--axial beam is a key component of two--head electrical discharged machine. The load on the rail slider and deformation on the spindle head are obtained by finite ele ment method, when Y- axial beam at different location. This research provides a theoretical fundamentals for choice of linear guide.
