射频消融连接永存左上腔静脉的巨大冠状静脉窦内起源房性心动过速一例 被引量:2

摘要 永存左上腔静脉畸形是一种少见的体循环回流静脉畸形,通过冠状静脉窦(CS)引流回右心房,因此常合并CS的显著扩张,报道一例连接永存左上腔静脉的巨大CS内起源的房性心动过速(房速)。
