摘要
本文报告12例产后急性肾衰,介绍了血液透析和综合治疗的体会,即加强血透,增加肝素量,控制高血压,注意心、脑、肺功能的监护,注意预防,加强营养疗法。并对发病机制和临床分型进行了讨论。
12 cases of postpartum acute renal failure are reported The experience in bload dialysis and in general treating is introduced. That is to Strengthen blood dialysis, increase the dosagl of heparin, controll hypertension, minitor the functions of the heart, the lungs and the brain, pay attention to its prevention, enhance the method of nutritive remedy. The pathogensis and clinical classification are also discussed.
