摘要
自新医改方案公布以来,为顺应公立医院改革的精神,我国各级公立医院纷纷开展了岗位管理,这预示着我国医院的管理工作正逐步朝着科学管理的方向发展。其中,岗位分析是开展岗位管理工作的基础环节,就我国公立医院岗位分析的研究现状及其存在的问题展开探讨,并提出相关建议。
Under the environment of health care system reform,in order to represent the spirit of public hospital reform,there is a upsurge for post management in public hospitals,which indicates that the hospital management in China is becoming more and more scientific and efficient.The key step for post management is post analysis,the status and the problems on post analysis of pubic hospital were analyzed,and the recommends on how to improve post analysis in public hospital were discussed.
