摘要
目的建立毛细管气相色谱法测定果汁中甜蜜素含量的改进方法。方法对酯化反应时冰浴温度的控制方式、反应液振荡提取、乳化现象消除、衍生物保存、标准曲线制作方式和色谱柱选择等条件进行细节性改进。结果在最佳分析条件下,样品中的甜蜜素经酯化后在0.1~1.0 mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 6),回收率为93.5%~98.0%,相对标准偏差为1.53%~2.15%。结论该法简便、快速,可用于果汁中甜蜜素含量的测定。
[Objective]To establish a method for sodium cyclamate detection in fruit juice by improved gas chromatography [Methods]The detail improvements were made on the conditions of esterification reaction ice bath temperature control mode,reaction liquid extraction,emulsification phenomenon eliminated,derivatives preservation,standard curve production mode and the choice of chromatographic column. [Results]Under the optimized analysis conditions,after esterification of sodium cyclamate,the linear range of the calibration curve and correlation coefficient were 0.1~1.0 mg/mL,r=0.999 6.The recoveries and the relative standard deviation of this method were 93.5 %~98.0% and 1.53%~2.15%. [Conclusion]The method is simple,rapid and can be used for determination of sodium cyclamate in fruit juice.
