摘要
目的探讨健康教育对神经症患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法将70例神经症患者随机分为两组,每组35例。两组均给予常规药物治疗及常规精神科护理,研究组在此基础上联合健康教育。观察8周。于健康教育前及健康教育8周末采用焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评定焦虑抑郁状况。结果健康教育8周末,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表总分均较健康教育前有显著性下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01);同期两组间比较,健康教育前两组评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但健康教育后研究组均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论健康教育可增强神经症患者的自信心,消除不良行为,提高治疗依从性,显著改善其焦虑抑郁情绪。
[Objective]To explore the influences of health education on anxiety-depressive mood of neural patients. [Methods]A total of 70 neural patients were randomly divided into study group(n=35) and control group(n=35).Both 2 groups received routine medicine and psychiatric nursing.Study group added combined health education,Observation for 8 weeks.The condition of anxiety-depressive was assessed with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS) before health education and at the end of 8th weeks after education. [Results]After 8 weeks treatment,the total score of SAS and SDS were decreased significantly compared with that before treatment(P〈0.05 or 0.01).The difference between study group and the control group was not significant before health education(P〉0.05).But after that,the scores of study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05 or 0.01). [Conclusion]Health education can increase self-confidence and eliminate bad behavior of neural patients,improve treatment compliance and relieve anxious-depressive mood.
