邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己基)酯(DEHP)是日常生活中使用最多的增塑剂,广泛用于各种塑料制品中。在塑料加工过程中,DEHP与塑料基质间是以氢键和范德华力相连接,因此可不断地从塑料中释放出,挥发至大气、土壤、水域中,造成对环境、生物、食品等的污染,并经消化道、呼吸道等途径进入机体,对机体产生毒性作用。作者就DEHP对机体的毒性作用作一综述。

Di-（2-Ethylhexyl） phthalate（DEHP） is a kind of plasticizers which is widely used in our daily life and all kinds of plastic product.In the manufacturing process of plastic,DEHP is connected with plastic matrix by hydrogen bond and van der waals force,so it can be released and evaporated to air,soil and water.That will contaminate the environments,organism and foods,and enters body through digestive tract and respiratory tract,which can induce toxicity.In this paper,authors make a review about toxicity of DEHP in body.
